You have an initial investment of €50,000. During the first month, there is €2000 gross profit with a performance fee of 30%. This means that you will be deducted an amount of €600, and the rest being €1400, will be added to your account. Leaving your new high watermark at €51,400. If in the next month there is a loss of €650, there will be no performance fee applied, and your latest account balance will be €50,750.
